Buffalo Chicken in the Crock Pot

I am going to blog more religiously this year, I promise! All of my meals are not crockpot, but it just so happens my 2nd recipe on here is!
Source:My Kitchen Apron

Ingredients:
3 frozen chicken breasts
2 cups Louisiana Hot Sauce
.5 package of ranch seasoning
1 tbsp butter
.5 block of cream cheese.

Put the frozen chicken in the crockpot on low, sprinkle ranch seasoning on top and then top with hot sauce. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours. Shred the chicken to let it absorb the juices. Then, add the butter and cream cheese to make it a creamier texture. Let this melt into the chicken, mix well and serve!

This is a great recipe because it is very versatile. You can put it on in the morning and then decide what you want for dinner a sandwich, a pizza, a quesadilla, a dip, the options are endless with this main ingredient, it is Ethan's favorite! Enjoy!
